Customers can retrieve information on their checking accounts, savings accounts, and loan accounts.
The first time customers log in by using their account number and their social security number. The system then requires that the customer select a new 4-digit PIN number.
Once the preliminary setup has been completed, customers can obtain the following information on their desired account:
- Balance
- Direct Deposit information
- List all transactions
- List checks that are drawn against insufficient funds
- Receive additional information on the account
- Perform internal transfers
At any point (during regular business hours) customers can request a Customer Service Representative by pressing ZERO (0).
