UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING ENFORCEMENT ACT OF 2006:
The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 prohibits any person engaged
in the business of betting or wagering from knowingly accepting payments in connection
with the participation of another person in unlawful Internet gambling. As an
accountholder, these restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through
the account or relationship with us. Citizens Bank and Trust will therefore have no
choice but to close your account with us if you engage in an Internet gambling business.
