Bank History
In early 1987, a group of individuals, who had a vision, began laying the groundwork for what would become Citizens Bank & Trust, Inc.
The bank opened for business on January 18, 1988 with Fred T. Stephens serving in the capacity of President and C.E.O.
Dennis Watson joined the Board of Directors.
Fred T. Stephens retires. Tom Scruggs assumes role of Bank President.
The Board of Directors is currently comprised of seven members:

- Dr. C. Lentz Reynolds Jr, Chairman of the Board
- Doug Anderton, Secretary
- Lentz Reynolds, III
- Delores Smyth
- Dennis Watson
